System Requirements

This page explains the recommended environment (OS and web browser) for using EventRegist and the EventRegist app.

To use EventRegist safely and comfortably, we recommend using the following browser versions.

1.EventRegist Recommended OS and Web Browser
Windows

・Internet Explorer (11 or later)
・Microsoft Edge (latest version)
・Google Chrome (latest version)
・Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and have disabled all TLS 1.1 and above under Security Settings in Internet Options, you will need to change your settings.

2.EventRegist application Recommended OS

Android 5.0 or later.

iOS 11.0 or later.


Even with the above recommended environment, the page may not be displayed or operate normally or error messages may be displayed due to security monitoring software installed, browser, PROXY server, firewall, JavaScript settings, or other device environment.

If your cookies are blocked or your browser is set to private mode, you may not be able to watch the video delivery, please deactivate it. If you can't watch the video, please change your browser and try again.

In addition, when you register for an enavle implementation event, the data will be automatically synchronized. If you get an "inaccessible" message on the viewing page immediately after registering, please wait 10 minutes for the process to complete.
