Account Locks

This page explains what to do if your account is locked, for example, due to multiple failed login attempts.

If you exceed a certain number of login failures on EventRegist, an "Account Lock" message like below will be displayed. This feature is to prevent unauthorized login.


If your account is locked, you can still unlock your account by going through the password reset process.

If you do not reissue your password, it may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to log in again. Please wait until you are able to access the site automatically again, or if you are in a hurry, please contact us via the inquiry form.
