"Bulk register attendee information" is a feature that allows bulk uploading of an attendee list.   This is a paid function, so you will need to pay a separate fee to use it. In order to bulk upload attendee information, while logged into your premium account, click on "Bulk register attendee information" under "Manage Attendees" in the left hand menu. Click on "Output CSV Format" to obtain the format for bulk registering of attendee information. ![](https://support.eventregist.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/help.eventregist.comhcjaarticle_attachments202418552Bulk01.png) Enter the items required for CSV format, select the target ticket and then upload the file. \* The target ticket can only be free tickets \* Make sure you have covered all the required items on "Set Collected Attendee Information" ![](https://support.eventregist.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/help.eventregist.comhcjaarticle_attachments202418562Bulk02.png) The target ticket for bulk uploaded data are free tickets only. Attendees added with the bulk upload function will not be automatically sent a PDF ticket.
