# チェックイン状況を管理

## イベント参加者が来場された際にチェックイン状況を管理する機能についてご案内します。

EventRegistで作成したイベントのチケットにはQRコードがついています。来場された際、スマートフォン向けアプリでQRコードを読み取ることで、チェックイン（受付）を行うことができます。  
チケットをお忘れの方の対応のためにPCを用意しておき、管理画面から来場者を検索し、チェックインを行うこともできます。

管理画面からチェックインを行うには、EventRegistにログインし、**［マイイベント］**から該当のイベントを選択します。イベント管理画面のサイドメニューから、**［チェックイン管理］ \> ［チェックイン状況を管理］**をクリックしてください。

左上の検索ボックスでチェックインしたい方のお名前やメールアドレスを検索し、該当する方が見つかったら［未チェックイン］のボタンをクリックします。

| **・姓名（ローマ字/半角）** ・メールアドレス（申込者/参加者） ・チケット番号 ・姓名（フルネーム） | ・勤務先名 ・役職名 ・部署名 ・電話番号　…など |

姓名（ローマ字）は、すべてのイベントで入力必須の項目です。  
申込時に全角で入力されたとしても、申込者/参加者情報には半角で保存されるため、揺らぎがなく検索がスムーズです。  
申込時に取得していない項目では検索できません。

ステータスが「チェックイン済み」に変更されます。チェックイン済みの人数は、右上にカウントされます。

どなたがいつ来場されたかのチェックインの履歴は、管理画面の「参加者一覧をダウンロード」からCSVファイルで取得することができます。
