New Member Sign-up

This page explains how to register as a member of EventRegist.

You will need to Sign Up for EventRegist when you create an event or register for an event.

  • Please check your e-mail settings in advance so that you can receive e-mails from our domain “@eventregist.com”.
  • You can also Sign Up using your smartphone e-mail address.
  • When registering with a Google account/Nikkei ID/Apple ID, please check in advance if the email address registered for each social account is valid.

To register for an event, you must first Sign Up for EventRegist.


1. Sign up with your email address and password

(1) From the EventRegist home page (https://eventregist.com/), click on [Create Account] .

【PC or tablet】
[Create Account] is located at the top right of the site.

Alternatively, from the “Login to EventRegist” screen, click the [ New user sign-up (free) ] button.

【Smartphone】
Tap on the three lines at the top left of the site and a menu will appear and there is [Create Account].

(2) Enter your e-mail address and the password you wish to use (*1). If you agree to the "terms of use" and "Privacy Policy", please check the box and click [Next] button.If you do not check the box, you will not be able to click the [Next] button.
If you have entered your e-mail address and password in an incorrect format, you will be asked to enter them again on the next screen.

*1)How to set and enter your password
For security purposes, the password must meet the following conditions.
・Must be half-width English numbers and letters,using more than 8 characters.
・Include more than three letters from the following: lowercase letters,uppercase letters,numbers,punctuation.

To enter capital letters,press a letter key while holding down the shift key.

(3) When the confirmation email is sent, the “Please check your confirmation email.” screen will appear, and you will be in a temporary registration status. If you do not receive the email, please use the [Start again] button or [Re-send confirmation email.] button.

(4) To confirm your email address, you will receive an email with the subject "EventRegist - User Registration Guide" at your registered email address. Click the [ Click to continue account setup ] button in the email to complete your registration and be able to sign up for events as a registrant or create events as an organizer.

[ Note : If you don't receive the email ]

  1. Please check your spam folder or, if you use Gmail, the promotions tab to make sure the email hasn't been sorted.
  2. Please make sure that you are set up to receive emails from “@eventregist.com” domain.
  3. There is a possibility that you may not be able to receive our e-mails due to security reasons in your mailer or network. Please check the security level of your environment.
  4. Please check your reception settings and security settings, and then perform the “Sign Up” operation again. The “User Registration Guide” e-mail will be resent to you.
  5. If you still cannot receive the e-mail after checking steps 1 through 4, please register as a member using a different e-mail address.

 


2. Sign up with Google account/Nikkei ID/Apple ID

Sign up with Google account/Nikkei ID/Apple ID  means to create an “EventRegist account connected to your Google account/Nikkei ID/Apple ID”.
The email address registered on EventRegist will be the same as the email address registered on your Google account/Nikkei ID/Apple ID, and will be used for the “registration confirmation email” when you register for the event.Please check in advance that the email address registered with the social accounts you wish to connect to is valid.

Account connection with Google/Nikkei ID/Apple ID

If you sign up with a social account, your EventRegist login password will not be set.

You will be asked to enter your login password for the Close Account procedure or to change the email address on your account, so please set your login password when it becomes necessary.
