1. Outline of EventRegist for HubSpot (free version)
EventRegist for HubSpot (free version) is a web application that integrates HubSpot, aCustomer Management Services tool provided by HubSpot, and EventRegist.
After installing it from the HubSpot Marketplace, specifying your EventRegist account, and allowing data integration, you can import basic items from various data of events held using EventRegist, and automatically create and update marketing events and contacts. You can create and update marketing events and contacts automatically.
Although you cannot change the data you import from EventRegist and the HubSpot marketing event and contact properties you tie it to, you can use EventRegist for HubSpot (free version) even if you are using the free version of HubSpot.

2. Key features of EventRegist for HubSpot (free version)
・HubSpot will automatically import the information of events created after specifying an EventRegist account. You cannot change the items to be connected.
Marketing Events
When you create an event page, a HubSpot marketing event will be created from the event information in EventRegist, and any changes to the event information will be reflected in the marketing event.

Contacts
When an application is received for an event, based on the applicant and attendee information in EventRegist, a new contact will be created if the email address does not exist in HubSpot Contacts, or if it does, the property will be updated.

・Five static lists will be created for each event page.
When an event page is created, four lists are created in HubSpot, and contacts are added to the lists as needed based on information such as registration and check-in to the event.
After the event, a NoShow list is created from the contacts in the attendee list who are neither visitors nor cancellations.

4. Introduction of EventRegist for HubSpot (paid version)
If you want to tie your desired HubSpot properties to your desired EventRegist data, please consider using the EventRegist for HubSpot paid version.
What you can do with the paid version
Once you log in to EventRegist and link your HubSpot ID from the account management screen, you can select the event page you want to link from among the event pages created by the account you are logged in to, and you can link the EventRegist item against the HubSpot contact property You can then link the EventRegist item to the HubSpot contact property.
When an application is received for the connected event, a new contact will be created if the email address in "Participant Information" does not exist in HubSpot Contacts. If the contact does exist, the information will be updated.
In addition, a static list will be created with "Event Name" and the attendee's contact will be added.
Creating marketing events is not yet supported.
