How to Use "My Tickets" Page

This page explains the "My Tickets" screen, which allows you to check the ticket information you have applied for from the list.

When you registered to an event,the [My Tickets] tab will be shown on the screen after logging into EventRegist.In [My Tickets], you can check the registered tickets in a list.

1.Upcoming Events

For ticket information for upcoming events, please refer to the [Upcoming Events] tab in [My Tickets].

Click on the event in question to view ticket information.

  • Event materials file from the organizers, if available, can be downloaded.
  • Click the [Display PDF ticket(s)] button to print the ticket.
  • If you are requesting tickets for your companion at the same time, you can use the [Send PDF tickets] button to send a PDF ticket to any email address.
  • If you want to change your email address or attendee's information after applying for a ticket, you can edit the registered information from [Applicant/Attendee Information] tab.

  • For paid tickets, the [Show Receipt Data] button will appear.

    2.Finished Events

    For ticket information for finished events, please refer to the [Finished Events] tab in [My Tickets].

    • the [Answer the survey] button will be displayed.

    • Event materials file from the organizers, if available, can be downloaded.
    • For paid tickets, the [Show Receipt Data] button will appear.
    • After the event, the [Display PDF ticket(s)]/[Send PDF tickets] button will not appear.

    3.How to check and change selected sessions

    If you have registered for an event with a set timetable, you will be able to check the session you have selected on your application and change the session you are attending.
    *Depending on the organizer's settings, applicants may not be able to change the sessions themselves.

    Click on applicable event from the [Upcoming Events] tab in [My Tickets], then click on the [Details of selected sessions] tab in the middle of the page to view the selected session.
    The [Confirm or Change the choice of sessions] button allows you to change the selected session or select a new session.
